As head of participant solutions for U.S. retirement at John Hancock, Sosseh is responsible for the programs and experiences that support our core mission of helping participants become better prepared for retirement. She has lead responsibility for managing the overall strategy, direction, and creation of John Hancock's participant programs across all channels to help drive engagement, better retirement preparedness, and improve outcomes. Previously, Sosseh was assistant vice president of advisor marketing, with responsibility for delivering value to our advisor partners by developing a comprehensive sales support infrastructure, lead generation, and qualifying programs while enhancing their interactions and support of plan participants. She has over 15 years’ experience at John Hancock, building on prior marketing roles across a variety of industries, including publishing, media, and IT. Sosseh earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. in Arts & Media from York University in Toronto, Ontario.
