John Hancock will no longer offer participants our personal finance organizer.² It will be removed from myplan.johnhancock.com by the end of February. This tool allows participants to link their financial accounts along with their John Hancock balances into one consolidated view.
Before access to the personal finance organizer is discontinued, when participants are using the tool, they'll see messaging that explains the timeline and how any data they entered will be securely deleted.
While we aren’t replacing the personal finance organizer, participants still have access to a wide range of John Hancock resources to help them manage their money and make progress on their financial goals, including:
- My Learning Center
- Our retirement planner³
- Education Planning Center for college planning⁴
- Emergency savings account (if offered by your plan)⁵
Financial management tools similar to the personal finance organizer are widely available in the marketplace. Participants should research and/or talk with a financial professional before using these applications.
