Wilshire 3(38) Investment Management Service⁴ If you’d like an expert to take over investment oversight, consider partnering with a 3(38) investment fiduciary. You can work with Wilshire, a trusted name in 3(38) investment fiduciary support, which will handle all investment tasks, including investment lineup creation, ongoing monitoring, and fund replacement. They provide you with a customized investment policy statement that aligns with your investment methodology, and they serve as a co-fiduciary for the tasks they perform. Wilshire charges an asset-based fee for this service. |

The 3(38) Investment Management Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in such agreement, including any limitations. Wilshire’s fee for the service is five basis points per year. The indemnification of the plan sponsor provided in the agreement with Wilshire is subject to certain conditions and limitations. The prospectuses for the subaccounts’ underlying funds contain complete details on investment objectives, risks, fees, charges and expenses as well as other information about the underlying funds which should be carefully considered before investing.
