In this role, Ann Marie is responsible for consulting with internal and external partners with respect to the impact of statutory and regulatory guidance on plan and product design for qualified and nonqualified plans. In addition, she drafts plan documentation and filings to be submitted to the IRS and U.S. Department of Labor. Ann Marie has been with John Hancock since 2008, and has over 20 years of experience in the retirement industry. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Ann Marie is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is a certificate holder under the CFA Institute’s Investment Foundations Program.
