Dana assists clients with plan design and ensuring compliance with ERISA, Department of Labor, and IRS requirements. She joined John Hancock in 1990, and has more than 25 years' experience in the retirement and financial services industries. Prior to John Hancock, Dana was an actuarial analyst with a national consulting firm and a benefits specialist with a Fortune 500 company. She earned a B.S. in Mathematics, with a minor in Business Administration, from St. Bonaventure University. In addition, Dana holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations, is licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, and maintains a Qualified 401(k) Administrator credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
