In this role, Mike is responsible for managing John Hancock’s participant- and investor-facing transaction-based teams designed to help retirement plan participants and investors with their most critical decisions. He's also responsible for transfer agent activities supporting John Hancock Investment Management’s retail mutual funds. Mike has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, including expertise in the creation of a leading, award-winning customer experience and contact solutions; asset retention programs; retirement income products and solutions; retail and institutional marketing strategy and execution; and third-party advisor programs. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, two grown children, and extended family, and is an avid outdoorsman.
